EMF measurements at Cavo Greco area are being carried out twice per annum. There are two AM transmissions, both in the range of 1MHz, belonging to Radio Sawa and Monte Carlo Doualyia. Due to the size of the wavelength of the MW signals that are transmitted (λ of about 300m), most measurement points were within the near field and some in the reactive near field. Thus, both the H-field and E-field were separately measured using appropriate distinct sensors.
All our findings and the relevant report were sent to the Department of Electronic Communications, which approved them by a letter sent to Netfon on 19.09.2016.
